It is intended to cover shifts for vacations, leaves, or call ins.

50 weekend differential SUMMARY Performs administrative tasks as listed below or as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Duties and responsibilities include those listed below as well as other duties that may be assigned.
DAILY o Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate person or department.
o Routes telephone messages via e-mail to appropriate person when unavailable.
o Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
o Greets on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate area or person.
o Monitors and logs visitor access.
o Sorts and delivers mail.
o Forwards mail to residents who have been discharged and/or takes care of any returned mail.
o Adds postage on letters as needed.
o Enters data on the Activity Log.
o Calls newly admitted resident's families for Care Plan purposes.
WEEKLY o Prints resident census every Monday.
o Winds clocks in the parlor and library weekly.
o Prints resident directory bi-weekly for the Front Desk.
MONTHLY o Stuffs and mails bills for Accounting on a monthly basis.
o OCCASSIONALLY o Care Plans for new admissions as needed.
o Updates telephone directory as needed.
o Updates Face Sheet information for Independent Living residents.
o Adds Donor Development Profiles for Fund Development Coordinator.
o Prints Care Plan Reports for Activities o Creates notices and fliers for Activities o Completes online searches for addresses to be used in mailings for Fund Development Coordinator and Chaplain.
o Stuffs and prepares mailings for various departments.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
